Terms & Conditions

PASSPORTS:

You must be in possession of a passport valid for six (6) months after the return from your adventure.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS:

A minimum 35% deposit of the total program cost is required to confirm services. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure and is strictly enforced. Failure to remit payment by the stated due date may result in cancellation without refund. A minimum non-refundable $500 pp fee may be required before a suggested itinerary is prepared and will be credited towards the program cost. Additional deposits may be required depending on your travel destination. Once a program is confirmed, alterations are subject to a $250 administrative fee per change.

RATES & FARES:

All pricing is subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, supplier pricing, taxes and any surcharges. Final program pricing will be based on exchange rates applicable at the time of final payment. All rates are based on Confidential Tariffs and quoted for a complete program; no price breakdowns provided. Quotes for flights are based on current fares and are subject to change prior to ticketing.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

All cancellations must be in writing. The per person cancellation charges are:

  • More than 90 days prior to departure: 50% of deposit
  • 89-60 days prior to departure: 50% of tour price
  • 59-30 days prior to departure: 75% of tour price
  • Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% of tour price

You will be liable for any non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf. There is no refund for a partially completed tour or for unused services of any kind. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

CREDIT CARDS & CHARGEBACKS:

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All credit card payments are processed through Flywire Corporation, a third-party payment processor, and are completed via secure web links issued by Flywire. We do not store, process, or transmit credit card information. By submitting payment through a Flywire payment link provided by us, you authorize the transaction and acknowledge that it is final and binding. Accordingly, you waive any right to initiate a chargeback in the event of cancellation for any reason (except fraud), including a force majeure event as defined herein, and you agree to the refund policies and procedures outlined in these Terms and Conditions. In the event you attempt to chargeback, reverse, or otherwise recollect a trip payment without our authorization, we reserve the right to recover all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such action, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees.
